They do not replace any separate proposal, service agreement, reseller agreement or other contract entered into for paid PromptWorkx or LiveAsk services.
1. Using this website
You may use the PromptWorkx website for lawful purposes, including learning about PromptWorkx services, interacting with LiveAsk and making a genuine business enquiry.
You must not intentionally misuse the website or LiveAsk, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.
2. LiveAsk and AI-generated responses
LiveAsk is an AI-powered conversational system.
It is designed to help visitors obtain relevant information and, where appropriate, make contact with a business.
AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate or misunderstood. Information supplied through LiveAsk is provided for general website and enquiry purposes and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical or other specialist advice.
Where an answer materially affects a purchasing or business decision, you may ask for human clarification.
3. Information you provide
You are responsible for information you choose to submit through the website or LiveAsk.
Please do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
If you provide contact information, you represent that you are entitled to provide it and that it is sufficiently accurate for the requested contact or verification process.

4. SMS verification
LiveAsk may use SMS verification to confirm that a supplied phone number is valid.
You should only request verification for a phone number you are authorised to use.

PromptWorkx may modify, suspend or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, improvement, platform integrity or business reasons.
PromptWorkx does not guarantee that the website, LiveAsk, third-party services or AI providers will be continuously available or error-free.

Unless otherwise stated, the PromptWorkx website, PromptWorkx and LiveAsk branding, original text, graphics, software, methodologies and other original materials are owned by or licensed to PromptWorkx.
You may view and use the website for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, sell, misrepresent, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected PromptWorkx material except with permission or where permitted by law.
Third-party names, marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party services and links
PromptWorkx uses and may link to third-party services.
Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy practices and availability.
A link or technical integration does not necessarily constitute endorsement of every statement, product or practice of the third party.
8. No guaranteed GEO or AI outcome
PromptWorkx may provide services intended to improve digital visibility, machine readability, AI representation, visitor experience and related outcomes.
Search engines, AI systems, indexes and external platforms are controlled by third parties and change over time.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, PromptWorkx does not guarantee a particular ranking, citation, AI recommendation, search result, knowledge-panel outcome, lead volume or other third-party platform result.
9. Liability and Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law, including applicable consumer guarantees.
To the extent permitted by law, PromptWorkx is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on an AI-generated answer without reasonable verification, misuse of the website, unauthorised activity, or circumstances outside PromptWorkx's reasonable control.
Any more specific liability allocation applying to paid services should be set out in the relevant service agreement.
10. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the PromptWorkx Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
